When contacting YSM, you may share the general type of notary-related support you are seeking and your preferred location. Please do not submit document images, identification numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive personal details through the inquiry form.
YSM uses the information you provide to follow up about your request. Additional details can be discussed if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive or be ready at the agreed time.
When feasible, YSM may provide a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled based on availability.
For an appointment that cannot be completed because of late arrival, a late-arrival or rescheduling fee of $15 may apply. YSM will review the final appointment details and any applicable fee with you before service.
Refund Policy
Refunds are reviewed with the appointment details.
YSM does not publish blanket refund eligibility. Any refund question is reviewed based on the services requested, appointment status, and the details discussed directly with the client.
This policy does not guarantee a refund or create a right to a refund. Before service, YSM will review the applicable appointment details and fees with you.
